I have added a few pics in this thread to help those new to the site and may be struggling with some direction on how to go about and use the site. I have added 8 pics over the next few posts and a few suggestions with each. Front page of the forum This pic shows inside the Thread welcoming new members This pic shows inside the thread with some posts already having been made.

Hi Clem, Some of the other guys who came over from the other site are very insightful deep thinkers, who like posting things that, I tell ya, often do my head in. You might say I'm the joker in the pack, I like anything for a giggle. We had what you could call a Humour category, with a thread for Jests, Jokes and Funnies. You know, the Priest and the Rabbi, or the Englishman, Scotsman and Irishman type of stuff. Then there's Funny Photos and Silly Signs, like these: If there's anything like this that I've missed, my apologies, can you please point me to it. If not, do you consider it's worth a go? Peter

Peter A warm welcome to here Peter aka red750, I hope you have a real good time chatting and laughing. Sorry for my delay in getting back to you, I'm battling some crook health and seem to be doing little other than seeing doctors and specialists! (Like, your good self, I need things to giggle and laugh about!). I'll drop a Section about that as soon as possible. Thank you for your suggestion. Kindest, Clem

Thanx Turtle. (The others probably can't find their way back here to say thanx ... Quicker to train monkies ... Hehee) So one clicks on "Quote" to initiate a reply, this is confusing to me. Wouldn't it be more logical to have a "Reply" button ? What is/does the BBCode button do/for ? And where is the "Send" button ? I'm about to hit the "Create Post" button, in the recent past, this has posted my reply/response. Please, correct instructions if I've got it arse up. Mipela

Here ya go MIP
At the end of the thread you can do a quick reply and you can hit post quick reply
At the end of the thread you can take the other option and hit Reply and get all the options bells and whistles for your reply.
If you take the third option and hit the quote then your reply will include the quote BUT BE CAREFUL TO NOT TYPE YOUR REPLY in the quote box type below the quote box. Then move down until you find the send button.
I hope that helps.

And the 'preview' window button allows you to see your post as it will appear. The BB code button allows you to write BB code direct.
