I think there could be a new world of bike bling trending and it is not motorcycles. I have been having some fun here, it is about customizing and bling with tits for decor. www.facebook.com/groups/448547461998046/It appears that the penny has dropped and quite a few have realized that $ for $ fun and creativity on wheels does not have to cost the earth.

I have just bought an electric pushbike. However, the weather in Melbourne is not conducive to cycling. I went around the block to get used to it, then from Mitcham to Schwerkeld cottage. Too far with the hills. Got home and flaked. Will try a better route as soon as. At least it will get me out of the house and doing something healthy. Surprisingly I only used one eighth of the battery for 6.3km. I think this one will be a goer even if it did cost $4,500. Cheers, Alan

Cheers, Alan Welcome Alan to the E Bike generation I have had an electric front wheel for nearly 2 years and I use it nearly every day of the week. I had it on my trike and now I have it on my Rat Fink Cruiser. With an E boost weight does not become an issue so cargo becomes practical. I have a side-car on the Rat Fink and it tilts and hinges up when not in use so I can zoom around like a teenager (up to 25 KPH) or use the side-car to carry cargo (my bowls bag and still do 25 KPH). We have great bike-ways locally so it is all good. Home to the bowls club or the men's shed or local shops There is lots to learn about batteries, I am on my second one. I am happy to help if you want anything clarified.
